Preparation of control materials

If there is no specific indication for the specific material, they are reconstituted with distilled water, with the amount indicated by the manufacturer and/or set by the organizers, tempered at 20-25°C. Use a precision pipette (Foul, class A), previously acid-cleaned, as for iron testing. It is recommended that the aliquot of serum required for serum iron testing be obtained first. All samples were dissolved with the indicated amount of distilled water and examined after 1 hour of standing at room temperature. Attention! Bilirubin and Creatin kinase are sensitive to light! If the control material is liquid, the rules are followed to store it in a refrigerator at (-20 C), and before testing it is tempered to 20-25 C and tested on the available analytical system.
